Given the contingency for the corona virus in Mexico, individuals and companies must submit their annual declaration through the online portal of the Administration Service.
Thus, the SAT launched the "Declare at your home" campaign, so that, in the midst of this pandemic, we do not forget to present the declaration from the comfort of our home, in order to avoid the spread of contagion.
The SAT announced that taxpayers who comply with the provision of their return on time, will automatically receive their balance in favor a few days after the procedure (and not the usual months that the process takes).
The stipulated period is 3 days after making the payment, and the deadline for individuals to file their declaration is until April 30, 2020.
According to the SAT, so far the number of statements by legal entities is 566 thousand, compared to the 519 that were filed in 2019.
